    Hi, Is there an app or trick on how to uninstall a stubborn app totally in blackberry q10? sometimes there are apps which if you uninstall the app, it was stated it was uninstall, but if you restart the phone, it will come back. Any app in snap or app in blackberry world which can be helpful in total uninstall.

    things tried:
    1-by holding and tapping "trashcan" to uninstall is not enough for stubborn app.
    2-settings>application manager, uninstall still same resultm it gets back after restart of phone
