    Just swipe down slowly about 3 times over the battery, top left, you'll see the little diagnostic box go away.

    Actually you should only swipe from the top left corner 2 times then tap on the screen once.

    Since these leaked OS are for testing/development purpose, that screen helps keep track of how your device is running. That's what I thought anyway.

    I had this same issue. It went on for about a day. Weird thing is I just keep on resetting the phone, it comes back. But when I pulled out the battery while the phone was on, it did the trick. I'm not sure if that's exactly how you remove it but it worked for me. Hope it works for you too

    It's triggered by accidentally swiping down from the battery icon. Bit of an annoyance if you don't use it but these OSes weren't meant for the big public so I guess we can't complain about that
