just realized that my roomate (who owns a Z10) has got the .273 update via o2 Germany already. Me and my Q10 still don't have any software updates

does anyone know when to expect the update?

BB really should make the updates available for everyone at the same time...

Unfortunately they are being pushed through the carrier. So only your carrier can tell you when (or IF) they intend on releasing the update.
I am in Kuwait and still waiting for my carrier to send the .273 update...

Same here, there are virtually zero problems with my Q10 and since I don't use Whatsapp, I don't even miss the hub-integration either. Only problem I can think about is the occasional reset of the hub-notification settings, for which a decent workaround exists anyways. So I am not that excited for futher firmwares at the moment.

I'm at o2, too. Would be glad to see the new update on my Q10 because of the enhanced integration of WhatsApp in the Hub. On my Z10 (with T-Mobile running) this is okay, and it's nice!

There is a known bug in the newer Versions with German LTE, Vodafone Corporate Blackberry Line told us a couple of days ago, and they all are waiting for a newer version where this bug is fixed.

They told me not to expect a newer Version till mid June....

It is way faster in terms of animation and system performance. Especially the spell check don't have to tap twice.

Thanks, great solution, worked fine for me - just used the Orange Romania MCC/MCN to get the latest Q10 FW 10.1.0.2309

No, I did it using Parallels 8.0 on my MAC.
