Installed the new update; was hoping this would solve the issue that I am still not able to receive a pic by text message. Is anyone still having this issue, if so any solutions???

What carrier are you on? Did you have the ability BEFORE the update? Did you install the update or the leak? Did you wipe your device?

Pictures can't be sent by SMS (text). You need MMS. Does your account include MMS?

Hi...ever since last previous upgrade I have not been able to receive pics by text messages. It just shows a download box and I can not download the pic. We r on Telus

Yes we have that on our account. My wife has the Z10 and daughter has the Q5. It works fine for them. Just can not receive a pic by text messaging. I do get pics by BBM but not all my friends have BBM. So whenever a friend sends me a pic from their IPhone or Samsung phone I can't view the pic

I don't get MMS messages very often, but the ones I got from before the update still work.
