Only Verizon knows this unfortunately. I'm in the same boat waiting on AT&T, as are many other US crackberrians. If you can't wait you can visit the leak threads if you're comfortable with loading leaks...

I'm waiting for T-Mobile. I think T-Mobile is waiting for BlackBerry, to ensure wi-fi calling works since the wi-fi calling app is a BlackBerry app.

I do know that there is a version of 10.2 on the servers that is specially built for Verizon. If they ever get around to releasing 10.2.0, it'd probably be 10.2.0.1233. Assuming that they don't skip it and go to 10.2.1, but that (and the issue of when) is still a mystery.
