    Hi anyone know why this Q10 doesn't have the state show up when a call from an unknown place comes through?? All my other phones did that, it would show the number and say the state. This phone is lacking a lot of SIMPLE things. Anyone know of an app for that? Anything? Going from a mid grade phone that had it to this highly expensive phone and has nothing to offer, hell I can't even personalize my calls or Sms. Shaking my head.

    You can use Poynt for reverse number lookup, but only after the call. I don't think Blackberrys ever had the state/city show up automatically, even with older OS's.

    BlackBerry's just show the phone number and the area code. No state info like on other phones like the iphone.
