Hi just got the q10 put sim and battery in and now the screen is showing some symbols the indicate to plug the phone into my computer??? Its been plugged in for like 1hr what is it doing and what do I do next to make it work???

It might want to get charged?
1 hour might not be enough if the battery was empty.
It should not be totally empty out of the box though. But putting it on a 3 or 4 hours charge before taking it into operation after unboxing is recommended anyway. I know that's tough...
