Does anyone use a SQN100-1 (RFL111LW) on T-Mobile US and get good 4G reception? I see it has the LTE band so that shouldn't be a problem. But it is missing the 4G band the SQN-100-5 has that TMobile US uses.

T-Mobile uses two bands for HSPA+ (which is what I'm guessing you mean by 4G: ) 1700 MHz and 1900 MHz. The 1700 is the primary HSPA+ frequency, and that band is indeed not present in the -1. The 1900 network is the refarmed HSPA+ network that they're rolling out, and it has gone live in a quite a few major cities, but I suspect it still lacks in coverage compared to the 1700 MHz HSPA+ network.
