Hi can any one help, just done an software update on my blackberry Q10 and it wiped off all everything on my phone all my data on my phone including the pictures have gone, is the a way i can get this back?

not unless you have a backup

Restore your last backup from BlackBerry Link. If you never did a backup there's nothing you can do.

thanks for the reply, but I dont understand, why I update software on my computer, I dont need to back up my data, and also there was no warning to say to do that where I updated the software.
