Updated my q10 using blackberry link to 10.2.1.2941 however my phone still keeps on bugging me to update to 10.2.1.2941. How do I sort this????

Are you deleting some of the apps that come with it? If you're deleting the carrier-loaded bloatware, it automatically prompts you to redownload the OS (small files usually). Best to just shove them ina "CR@P" folder on the last page and move on.

I am not deleting any apps. OTA is about 128mb. I have restarted the phone few times but didn't work for me. I don't mind downloading 128mb OTA but I am worried that something might go wrong.
