I swear I saw someone ask this (hadn't seen an answer), but I can't seem to find it now.
Does anyone know what the slot/indentation on the bottom of the Q10 is for?

Audio speaker and the small hole is a microphone

Ah, thanks. For some reason I was thinking the speaker was on the back.
everytime I see pictures like these of the Q10, makes my decision to get the Z10 harder and harder. Q10 looks good.
The Q10 is so wide. I was watching this German guy play with it and it looked so wide in comparison to his head and hands
The Q10 should be about the same width as the Z10. And by about the same, I mean it is only like a millimeter wider.
For me, wider is better. My 9810 seems too narrow to grip comfortably while typing two-handed.
Photos of the Q10 make me so impatient, I try to stay away but I can't help myself. I need this in my life now. I will probably switch to the first carrier to offer this phone in the US if there is a huge gap for Verizon to release it.
My thoughts exactly. If only the 9810 had the 9900's keyboard! I have both, and the narrowness is noticeable when I switch from the 9900 to the 9810.
Can't wait for the Q10, it looks like everything I want in a phone.
I just wish it had a taller screen. But meh, can't get everything you want in life...I'll happily settle for a qwerty BB10. Of course, the problem is whether Fido will carry it!

Couldn't agree more. I have a 9350 and two handed typing is cramped with the limited width. The larger screen like the TK series concept designs would be awesome!
with BB10 Type & Go you need to STOP thinking about typing two handed ... that's so 1990's ;) This here is BB10 in a Q10 rude-boy typing is straight up 1 finger salut!
