    it happens 2 times already for me and the only solution to fix it is take out the battery and sim card, after a few minutes, set it back, but it dont happen to me before official 10.2.1 update :/

    Hi there, is there any way you can transfer your number to a new SIM card, they do get faulty from time to time.

    Use blackberry link to backup your contact first, or u can use app to backup your contact, i dont what exactly the app, but maybe contact pro
