Hello friends. I'm currently using an iPhone 5c on VZW and a Q10 on wifi.

I would like to to take the Q for a full day test drive, leaving the iPhone at home.

Can I just move the SIM over and be all set? I would rather not have to call VZW to do this. Or use online.

    Thanks!!

the iphone has a nano SIM I think while the Q uses a micro so you will need a different SIM or an adapter and with VZW you might have to atleast go online with device switch.

I do this same thing often, or as needed.

Switching the device online is actually simple and faster than having a CS rep go through the steps.

Remember to turn off iMessage and power cycle the new phone several times to catch the tower so you'll have LTE data.

Ok, I've not tried it online yet. Will do this week to test out the Q!

Not true if you are careful and do it correctly then you can fit a nano aim into a micro sim slot and get it to work perfectly fine.

You just need to line up the pins correctly...

Like my esteemed friends says we can use nano into the micro sim slot. I am using one since months works like a charm. But yes be very very careful.

To be redundant: no need for an adapter! You risk damaging the pins. Been using a nano in my prepaid BlackBerry for over a year.
