Be welcomed to the switching club! I own them both and switch whenever I get bored with one. Works like a charm. Until they make a z10 with a slider/flipout keyboard it's great for me.

Thanks! That is what I am envisioning by switching back and forth between the two as I feel. As far as leaving Verizon goes my family probably will next year when the entire family is up.

I actually do most of my web surfing on the Q10. Rarely do I sit on my computer to surf now. The reader mode is great.

I had a Z10 for about month and a bit while I sent mine in for repair. Near the end I couldn't wait to get my Q10 back.

I use it heavily for texting and phone calls. So for those things the Q is really great. Tactile feedback and speed dials.

And that is my main use for communication. I think the Q10 would work well for me.

Hi Crackberry! I am the proud owner of a Z10. I love it and BlackBerry. I can't believe what I was missing by carrying an IPhone. This phone and system just works! That being said I am do for an upgrade in December. I am thinking about getting a Q10 to have the best of both worlds by having a physical keyboard. My question is should I do it? Is the Q10 worth carrying both phones? I love my new Z10 except for the battery life. Should I do it?? Thanks!!

Oh btw-the Z30 is most times on wifi. A PB replacement

I use the Z10 for work. As a routing manager, I'm constantly getting emails from the office and sales staff for scheduling requests. The larger screen really helps. For my personal I use the Q10. It's perfect for my outdoor activity without the worry about damaging the screen.

That is why I want a Q10. It seems durable and I don't typically use a case on my phones. I love my Z but the battery life is not so good. How is it on the Q10?

I have both, I prefer the q though. Both are great devices.

Thanks so much! I am just really intrigued by the form factor of the Q10. I am hoping Verizon will get the classic but I am not too confident they will. I think I will save the upgrade and see if I can find a Q10 on Ebay.
I was gonna say this, watch the marketplace sometimes a good deal comes up in there. I just got an unlocked Q10 from a fellow crackberry member for $180. No need to waste an upgrade for that.

I'm currently using a Z30 waiting for my Q10 to arrive in Saturday. Just miss the keyboard. You won't regret getting one.

I had a Q a few months ago and the battery life was great. I'd take it off the charger around 8 in the morning and still have 20% or more later in the evening.

That is great. I really need the boost in battery life for my work as I am often out in the field with not much access to a plug. I will keep an eye out in the marketplace for a Verizon Q10.
