Came across this feature in the bigoll 1925 thread. As it's one of the most awesome new things I've discovered I thought it should get some extra mentioning. All credits to thanashi! This rocks bigtime!

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this on here, but I've sent this feature on the BlackBerry Beta Forums. It's actually been implemented. It's called "Running Shift". It's exactly what all trackpad lovers missed from BBOS, and now we have it on 10.2.1! All you do is hold the SHIFT key and move your thumb along the text you want to highlight. So awesome it's back!
