Hello All,

Long time BB user. A little more than a month ago I purchased a Q10 off of eBay. (New Device) 2 days ago the shift key fell off. I can put it back on but it does not stay in place too long. I reached out to the seller to see if we can exchange it and I'm still waiting on a response. The phone came with a 30 day return/exchange policy. (I'm slightly over so we will see if they will allow)

- What is the best place to purchase a replacement keyboard? I'm located in the US.

- Can I use crazy glue to put the key in place? Why wouldn't this work? I did a search on this solution but came up empty.

Note: T-Mobile is my service provider so they are not involved.

Seems to me that gluing the key in place would not allow it to work, no? doesn't it need to be depressed to work?

To me it seems that crazy glue would work as I can put the key into place nice and flush.

Well, at least we now know that two SHIFT keys on Q10 are there for a reason. One falls off, use another one

Thanks for the offer. I found a place that is local to me that will do the KB replacement for 35 dollars. The vendor is willing to exchange it for me but that means that I would need to send the phone back. I can't be without the phone so the 35 dollar replacement will work for me.
