    Dear all,

    Just got myself the Q10. Loving it.

    I would like to check with everyone on this lil issue that im facing. After I send an e-mail, there is a notification on my e-mail hub that just wont go away unless i change the settings to not show sent email msges...

    Anyone encounter this problem?

    I don't see the problem...so you've hidden the notifications of sent messages...and?

    Sent messages on or off it's up to you!

    Hi,

    Well, the sent messages' notification should go away after we viewed them, right? In my case, the sent message's notification stays there and there's nothing I can do except to -

    (1) delete the sent message; or
    (2) change the setting to hide the notification of sent messages.

    No not really.

    Just turn off sent messages notifications completely in Hub options.

    Hi guys,

    Please forgive me if you guys are finding it hard to understand me. English is not my main language.

    The issue is not about showing or not showing sent messages. If the hub is set to show sent messages, there's the sign on your email tab (which shows that there's one unread mail msg) even though I have marked the sent msg as read.

    If I set the hub to not show sent msges. then the sign is gone.

    I would like a situation where I still see the sent msges in the hub, without the said sign.

    Hope it is clearer. If not, then just let it be. I'm still happy with the way things are.

    I am facing the same issue. I am on 10.1.0.238

    I tried sending myself a test mail, initally everything works fine. However when the email comes in, the "sent email" change from read to unread. This is totally random, sometimes after awhile the sent mail will change back to read again, most of the time it does not. To remove the unread message count, i have to delete the "sent mail"

    I have tried a battery pull, reboot and a security wipe. I have enclosed a screenshot below. Thanks for advise on this situtation.

    Hi

    I found a workaround, but you need to sacrifice the sent email. As I always cc myself, I can live without it.

    1. Turn off Show Sent Messages
    2. Restart the hub

    After the hub is restarted, the message count will not appear again for sent mails.

    I would prefer an actual solution though.

    Just curious, is it possible that you have moved that email to a folder??
    If so, perhaps adding that folder to the sync list (on your device) may solve the problem.

    I have the same issue on Z10STL100-2/10.1.0.1880. It happens irregularly. It's on IMAP account, where sent messages are stored in Sent folder, which is set to be synced.

    Yes, i am not abled to disable sent folder from syncing.

    Just update to 10.1.0.2309, still facing the same issue. Just have to live without sent item showing, hopefully this problem get resolved.
