    Hi,

There was around 15GB of data in my BB Q10 & I planned to wipe the whole thing so I chose security wipe option. It's more than 36 hours now and the wipe process is stuck on 99%. I thought for hard wiping it through BBSAK and installing fresh firmware, however I'm afraid my PC is not recognising my phone anymore (I can't wait anymore for the process to complete hence I decided to hard wipe the phone). I even tried BlackBerry Link on my Mac, but issue remains the same. Process is stuck on 99% and none of my machines are recognising it and hence I'm unable to wipe/reinstall the OS. What I'm supposed to do now? Should I wait for the process to complete?

Open Network Preference on Mac, You will find Blackberry (en#) delete that (device should not be connected to your Mac).

Once you've deleted the Blackberry (en#), connect your device !

Sorry, couldn't find BlackBerry (en#) in Network Preference. Even my Windows PC is unable to detect the device. It's more than 48 hours now and it is still stuck on 99%

This may sound really funny but have you tried a different USB or a new cable?
