    Hi,
    I take many screenshots on my BlackBerry Q10 and I've noticed that my old pictures were deleted. Is it possible for BlackBerry to delete by itself? How can I restore them?

    Can you be a little more specific? Were your pictures stored on a media card? because screen caps are usually saved on the device. SO the folder might look empty, when in reality you just need to look somewhere else.

    Please provide with some more info
    Native Camera app?
    Media Card?
    Did you check other folders?
    Reboot the device?

    I take screen shots with volume buttons and they are stored on the device memory. I have a few notes with pictures in Remember app and now there are no pictures and I got notifications that the pictures were deleted.
