Hello everyone,

I'm using a BB Q10, software version 10.3.1

I the BB Hub, under settings, I've already set the option to turn on the screen whenever there's a new notification.

But it doesn't work. Even new SMS, Email, Calendar event, it just vibrate, sound and blink the LED, but the screen doesn't turn on.

I tried reset the device many times but it's not helping.

Is there anything that I did wrong? Could anyone help me please?

If you check in your settings in notifications , scroll down you might have the lock screen settings , check in there.

Thanks for your hint WITHDRAWL.

I tried to re-enable the setting in the Notifications Settings Menu.

After that, the screen does turn on with new notifications for a few first times.

But then it doesn't turn on anymore.

I really don't know what cause this bug....

Besides, my Q10 only have BeBuzz running on the background...

Anyone have another solution for me?

That might be the problem, I think bebuzz had a problem with some OS ,,
