All my favourite features on my Q10 are disappearing or stop working - probably with the OS updates... Blackberry is making it easy for me to start thinking of getting any other phone but a Blackberry in the future.
I have a bunch of saved pages, some from before June when I updated to OS 10.3.2.2836, which now open a text viewer - as pictured - instead of an offline browser page like they used to do. And even the text viewer doesn't open consistently.

Has anyone been able to find a solution?

Is anyone at Blackberry reading these forums to see how dissatisfied some of us are??

It looks like the file association with html extension has been changed. I don't have the text viewer app. Is it something you installed? If so, uninstall it or install another browser and see if you get that as an option to open the saved page. I assume you saved them to the home screen instead of to a folder. if you saved them to a folder it is easier to use the Open in option and select the browser.

Thanks, Kingstu! I appreciate the help! I have not installed text viewer myself nor do I find it separately to be able to uninstall. I haven't changed anything about the way I save pages, so I don't know why the html association might have changed.
Also, I saved pages on my SD card not on home screen.
Which browser do you think I should install?
ETA: THANK YOU!! I figured out the 'open in' and set default to browser but would still like a recommendation for another browser
