Well it is a sad day that had to come, i have been a very good BlackBerry customer for over 10 years, but i am afraid you have lost me with the Q10, i have ran this phone for 10 months, no better than the day i switched it on.
The most basic thing in the world to be able to run programs in the background instead of having to switch things on every time you turn the phone on.

Anyway, point here is that when people like me leave a platform it is because we have given you ever chance to get your act together, you have failed me and i think meany long term customers, the last phone before the Q10 the Bold9900 was fantastic i loved it before that the 9700 love it, the Q10 it is no where near the 9900, i need something that works. With a good choice of apps.

I have gone to a Samsung note 3, apps that work.

I will live in hope that Blackberry will get there act together but i do think they will looks like a express tunnel with train coming in the wrong direction.
