Runtastic pro earphones and voice coach

I've been using Runtastic Pro to track my exercise and I loved it. Recently I decided to listen to music while running so I plugged in my earphones and had the music playing. What I've realised is that the voice coach no longer works properly. It seems to interfere with the music (using stock music player) so I don't hear anything at intervals.

When I close the music player and just have Runtastic Pro on (with earphones still plugged in), I realise that the voice coach from the Runtastic Pro app still makes announcements through the speaker.

Is someone able to verify this or is this only happening to me?

When Runtastic Pro started to do this. I started to use Endomondo and Nike+Running more often.

The voice announcements in Runtastic Pro would strain to push through whatever music was playing.
It would come through sorta like waves undulating, going up and down in and out all while trying to overcome the music.

It needs an update to pause the music when the interval voice speaks.
I'm not sure what caused this.

Just tried the android free version and it works fine. Just a waste that the BlackBerry pro version that I have doesn't work as well...
