I have been getting this error message all day. I am still able to access the couple of VVM stored.. I have been using this Q10 for about 9 months now with VVM working perfectly. I am running the official 2.1 update from Rogers although previously I was running the leak. My VVM has continued to work perfectly.
Have them delete and readd OPSTRA166. If it works without transcribing, see my previous post.

I do not get the error message anymore, I did remove the feature from my Q10, re-adding it, it seems fine this morning. Thanks for your help.

Lost track on this thread...if I call rogers and mention the above should that be all that's needed to get my vvm working if I currently can't even set it up? Vvm+ for BlackBerry is on my account but I have never been able to get it to work.

Ask them to delete it and add the version of vvm mentioned above. That should allow you to set up after a restart in a good reception area but may fail to transcribe messages in which case you will need to follow the steps I posted above.

Yes firstly you have to have the visual voice-mail for blackberry specific value pack on the account including any sub codes.

Under your phone screen, hit settings. Click on visual voice-mail and once that screen is open clicl deactivate. That's what i did, rebooted my phone, and reactivated visual voice-mail. No error messages and kicked back on!

Someone else mentioned this elsewhere...I'm a +1. I just installed the 10.2.1.3175 leak and I NOW HAVE VVM! IT WORKS!!! YAY!

(And this is with VVM+ for BlackBerry on my account)

Thanks, I was monkeying around with the settings. Did the same, disabled it, then re-enabled it, allowed it to sync with the Rogers settings, and it worked fine since.
    This worked for me, thanks!
