I have the sqn-3 from rogers working on bell. I Unlocked it, but so far have not seen LTE running on the phone. Going through today's, PSA... does this mean my phone will not run LTE on bell??

Bell owns 2600 MHz spectrum too, however I don't know about the status of its deployment. So unless you're in an area where Bell has deployed 2600 MHz, your phone will not run LTE on Bell's network.

Bell's other (primary?) LTE band is band 4: 1700 MHz, which is in the SQN100-1. That band is missing from the SQN100-3.
