    Sorry if this has been asked. Had no luck trying search.
    How do I do factory reset on Q10? I may be selling it to get Z10,
    If I do reset it, will all original apps be there, just as they where when I 1st turned it on?

    settings > Security and privacy > Security wipe > key in 'BlackBerry'.
    Done.
