Hi everyone!

I've just bought a Q10 but when it boots it's shows the Vodafone logo as at this moment it's locked to Vodafone. When I unlock the phone to allow any sim, will that screen branding change depending on the sim I insert or will I have to change the OS? I'm in the UK too just in case you wondered.

My Z10 was a Rogers phone but it has a Fido splash screen, so it should have an O2 splash screen upon booting with an O2 SIM.

I've unlocked the phone and it now works with an O2 SIM but still shows the Vodafone logo/screen on shutting down and rebooting! Any ideas?

There's a small amount of storage on a sim for contacts but not enough for a splash screen.
You can boot up the phone without unlocking the sim and you will still have the splash screen.
Your phone is now unlocked and no longer on vodafone. I think when 10.2 is available if you download it from your current provider you are likely to loose the vodafone logo then. Only a couple of weeks to wait and see.
