My Q10 started to act up a little bit. It was mostly messing up my texts, so I decided to reload the OS on it (like I did often with my bold 9900).
I connected it with my mac, and via BB link I pressed reload the OS. But now it is almost saying for 2 hours that it is downloading the OS, but it doesn't do anything else but that. I'm starting to get nervous, is something wrong? Is he chocking on something?

How fast is your Internet connection? Reloading the software involves downloading the OS, which is about 1 GB in size.

Thanks for your answer. But it is fixed. I accidentally closed BB link on my laptop, and the phone just restarted.
So, I tried on an other pc and it only took like 20 minutes.
