Hello.
I just recently bought the Blackberry Q10, and it's my very first Blackberry. Everything was working properly, until yesterday, when i noticed it wasn't receiving or sending any new messages, and a red clock just appears and stays next to the message.
I mostly use it on wifi, but i have tried it using the data and it still didn't work.
What could be the problem?

I haven't done anything differently, it just stopped working :|

Have you rebooted it?

Yes, a couple of times, but nothing happened

Go to settings > about > network > 3 dots > register BlackBerry

Now disconnect from the mobile network and reconnect. Wait until you see a black pop up.

Does it work now?

Red clock means bedside mode. When clock is displayed, pull down from the top, and turn of bedside mode.

Doh! Little red clock, not red clock when in clock mode. Disregard my post. Reboot should help?
