    I just tried my new q10's camera for the first time. When recording a video it seemed like it was silent - is there an option to record videos with sound?

    Hi and welcome to CrackBerry!!!!!
    I have a Z10 and when I record a video it has sound. Can you check your settings and see if you haven't turned down the system volume all the way?

    Yep, that was it. The system volume was turned down. After that I got sound just fine.
