I miss times when Otterbox was making itk's Defender series for BlackBerry with a screen protector built in and a silicone film covering a keyboard. Seriously

Whichever you tend to purchase be sure to read the reviews (sadly I didn't) I've had quite a number of OEM BlackBerry Red Stitch holsters that for some reason came with very little glue that attached the spring clip to the leather holster it self.

Out of three I ordered one came with the clip noticeably loose, the other two after able a week both clips glue had separated from the leather case.

I'm guessing very little glue was used or these were from an old batch of cases were the glue dried out.

I had the same problem. I mixed up some epoxy and applied the epoxy to the problem area and that was it.

The other problem I have with the OE holster is that over a period of a month or so, the leather flexes so much that the device is activating the very annoying BlackBerry Assistant (even though it is turned off), or it dials my voice mail and I end up with long distance charges for no reason.
