I have received a notice to download OS 10.3.2.440. I have seen some posts that users had more problems after they downloaded this version. What advice do you have about downloading this upgrade?

Recommended. Three household phones are on this or higher OS releases. This is a good one.

Just finished downloading and installing 10.3.2.440. The download and install wouldn't work either via BlackBerry Line or download through email. Finally had to turn off all communication other than WiFi and the download and install worked.

I updated to this OS 3 days ago, texting launch is very slow and stalls.
Photo and Video updates are pretty cool. Still discovering some issues though but from my research issues still persist with newer updates.. avoid the frustration as long as you can.. BBM is much quicker though I've noticed.

The other problem I am having and can't find that anyone else is experiencing, when searching Google images I cane see the thumbnail selection of images but when I select an individual image it won't won't appear, I get the preview screen- the one with selection arrows to right and left but the screen is black.
Side note, I can view images when I use other browsers such as DuckDuckGo

Don't think the issue with Google is related to the update. I have it on my Z10 and I'm on an older 10.3 OS.

I've reported an issue on the google image search forum here: https://productforums.google.com/for...E/FT6H1i9PJzYJ

Perhaps if enough BlackBerry users add their comments it might get looked at.

Have installed OS 10.3.2.440 so far so good. Took a while but seems ok. You have to shift gears slightly in use. Seem to be an improvement in battery liife.
Have upgraded a similar OS on my other Q10, sqn100-5 with slight variations. So far so good. Would not worry about this upgrade.
Don't quite understand why a "mandatory upgrade." But there are many things that see less than clear.

Actually I've now tried the Bing image search and it's much better than the google mobile image search. Gonna stick with Bing for a bit now and see how it goes.

After updating to the latest OS the display on the screen is so large that I have "pinch it" to reduce to fit to the screen to see the icons at the bottom of the screen. This has to be done each time the phone is turned on and at other times throughout the day. What is the solution as this only started after the software was upgraded?

I guess... Just disable the Magnify mode in Settings > Accessibility.
