Q10 forgets my rogers/yahoo password and I have to enter it every few minutes to receive or send email.... what's up and how I can get rid of this bug?

Never seen this one but you could try:

1. Remove the accounts from the device;
2. Turn airplane mode on;
3. [optional] Change the passwords to those emails;
4. Double check security issues (warnings of logins from strange locations devices) and white list the Q10;
5. Reboot by holding the power buttom untill you see the BB logo;
6. Add the accounts again

This happens to me as well on tmobile using Gmail for some reason it keeps asking for the password after I input it it will be ok for a while then it asks again what I do is just ignore it and it eventually stops.

Thanks. I deleted the account and re-installed it right away. Problem seems resolved for now. I'll let you know if I have to do anything else.
