    Hi guys , i dont yet have a Q but will be getting one , can you tell me does the os read sd card files quicker than the older os systems as it seems to have slowed alot on my bold , i am mostly viewing photos from it .

    The older system took longer to index, and I've not heard if they increased the read speeds on the newer models, yet. But I'll tap your thread up and see if someone else has the answer.

    If your not already using a class 10 SD card try that first.
    I don't expect the OS to have that much impace to transfer speed.
    For that to happen they’ll have to design new cards.
    The SD card association announced they plan to have a new card that will record 4k video "soon."
