I have my Q10 and this is fantastic phone with very good battery life.

But I have before Z10 and software was very solid and in my Q10 is a lot of bugs.

It sometimes freeze is contact book and I can't call to anyone, it has bad reception and I can't hear who is calling.

Is it possible to downgrade to any other version like before is blackberry 7

Hi sso23,

I believe that was the first official version for the Q10, so while it is physically to downgrade the software, I don't think there is anything to upgrade to. You could always try to upgrade to any one of the leaks floating around the forum is you're comfortable, most have been reported to be quite stable. Otherwise just hang tight there will be more official upgrades coming soon from your carrier.

Thanks, seems I just try to make reload of software, sure it will be much better and you right, this is only the first update.

Of course it is much more smaller problem than I have with 9900
