Can anyone confirm that in where the first place that the Blackberry Q10 SQN100-3 will be sold? I assume it might be the UK? If so, which carriers don't brand their phones? Nothing I hate more than extra printing on a fresh clean phone.

Which providers in Canada will provide Z10 (BlackBerry Z10 STL100-2 (aka R086) and Q10 (model SQN100-3) with LTE 7 frequency (2600 MHz)?
Can all models be ordered in Canada? The two models listed above appear to work with the major Canadian providers and as important, EU, Oceana, Africa, Middle East and SA.

Only Bell and Rogers offer the Q10 on the 2600 MHz frequency. The listed LTE UTMS channels on the Q10's don't match the Blackberry frequencies, so they may lock out channels not on their particular network, however, I am not certain. I have checked into this and it seems we will only get an answer on model #'s from carriers when they have the boxed product in hand and can actually read the model number on the box. Alternately, when available, go into the providers and ask to see a box and verify the model number yourself.

Well according to the Blackberry Canada website the specs lists for the Q10 says: Quad band LTE 2, 5, 4, 17 (700/850/1700/1900 MHz). That would mean it's either the Blackberry Q10 SQN100-1 or Blackberry Q10 SQN100-5. Like robin11 suggests the best way to verify is to check the current model that they are using for the Z10 and you should have a very accurate idea of which model of Q10 they will be releasing.

For me in my country, the current model for sale is BlackBerry Z10 STL100-2 so that pretty much translates into the Blackberry Q10 SQN100-3 when it does come out.

EDIT: Does anyone know the difference between the Blackberry Q10 SQN100-1 and the Blackberry Q10 SQN100-5? Specs are almost identical...and why isn't there a Blackberry Q10 SQN100-4?

The Blackberry Canada website is at odds with the Rogers website. Blackberry Canada does not list the LTE 2600 MHz channel for the Q10, but Rogers lists only the LTE 2600 MHz channel.

As far as I know Rogers operates on both the 4 & 7 (1700 & 2600). There isn't a model that runs on both those frequencies. The best way to ascertain which model will be introduced is to go see which model Z10 rogers is currently using. I would trust the Blackberry website more than the Rogers one.

I confirmed that rogers sells the Z10 model STL100-3 (LTE1700 MHz). The STL100-2 does have the LTE 2600 MHZ frequency-2600 MHz, but not available.
If Rogers is going to sell a Q10 model with the LTE 2600 MHz frequency (band 7), then the model they are going to sell must be the penta band LTE model # SQN100-3.
Wind Mobile also sells the STL100-3 version of the Z10.

If they are not currently supporting that band on the z10 then logically they might not support it on the q10. If that is the case then I would guess a Rogers sqn100-1? I guess we'll have to wait and see I would love Rogers to get the pentaband version cos it would be much easier for me to order from Rogers than from the uk.
