I just did the update and it downloaded, installed restarted and then it gets 99% there on the start up screen with the blackberry logo and it stops...for hours and hours....tried removing the battery and restarting a couple of times...doesn't help. PLEASE HELP!
Have you tried using the desktop software and reloading the device?

Download the software for your Desktop/Laptop. It'll walk thru it there. You may even be able to plug the phone into the desktop and it should automatically load it.
