Received a notification this morning saying that User Storage is almost full, I checked the BBVE it's 12.8GB of 12.9GB.

This is so strange, I have no pics, video or anything stored on my device also I didn't save any email or text message, also I have only standard apps from BlackBerry i.e. browser, bbm, contacts etc., only WhatsApp, FB & Foursquare added.

Please help me on this issue, thank you.

It didn't 100% working, now I cannot open the Hub or access my BBM, also all the notifications rings are gone when messages arrived.

Hi ZeroBarrier,

Actually I didn't do anything, it's just "Hang" like a laptop or a PC. I just wipe all & return it to factory setting just like a brand new Q10, hopefully it'll be Ok then.
