[CrackBerry Question]

Updated a Q10 to 10.3.02.688 using an auto loader off of bitcasa as linked in CB forums.. it worked fine; set it up but when it restarts poof all down loaded software is gone; settings everything its back to how it was when the auto loader put the OS on it.. it wont retain nothing...

Not sure what the issue is but cant get it to download grade.. Trying a newer version 0858 and see what that does but if it still doesn't work help help!!!!?????!!!!????!!!!

Is there something I'm missing or something that keeps it cycling like this?

I'm having the same problem. I just updated using the auto loader for 10.3.2.798. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do you get a blue LED? Maybe this will help:

I actually saw the blue light when restarting. I give this a try and let you know how it goes. Cheers

Sorry I'm the original poster.. this seems to have worked; once rebooted after applying the fix the phone ran through the setup.. seems thats what is wrong it does not actually run it and the whole time its in a form of demo mode or something.. but it fixed it thanks again!!!
