Dear Community,

I've got a question to all you Q10 users out there: My wife's Q10 touchscreen is rather unresponsive while lying flat on the table. While holding in hand the device works much better. Another issue is the drop down settings menu: If an app is active and you'd like to open the menu by swiping down with two fingers it works only on 2nd / 3rd try.

Do you experience similar behavior?

PS: Security wipe didn't help -.-

Yeah it's a common problem to all try to swich off ur pjone periodically and also clean ur screen. This will solve your problem.

I don't have the above mentioned problems. My Q10 works fine

It turned out that the security wipe made the touchscreen behavior better. Swipes are recognized well again.
