what problems are you having

I have a Z10 on ATT, i'm assuming you are using the STL100-3 model.
Here is the forum where you can get the latest leaked OS, the mega download links didn't work for me, but the one that is bitcasa worked pretty fast for the download.

Once you download your OS file, you will have to extract it since the file will be zipped, I suggest 7zip. It is a free extraction program that is easy to use.
Before you go any further, use your USB cable and BB Link software on your computer to plug in your phone and backup your phone.
Once BBLink is done, close it. Now that it is closed, keep your phone plugged in and double click the OS you just downloaded. It should be a program/application (.exe file).
Let it run on its own, it will turn of your phone off for a couple minutes and when it is done loading (it has a progress screen that pops up so you know exactly what is going on during the installation) the phone will restart and the normal OS setup will appear for your brand new OS!
Some people go on to do a Security Wipe after this, but it is optional.
To restore all your settings, and other such things, after setup open BBLink again and click restore from the backup you just did before you updated.
As always you do all this at your own risk, even though I've never really had any issues and most other people around here never have any issues, none of us are responsible. But in all fairness you should more than likely be fine.

you can follow the same steps for the Q10 just make sure you download the appropriate file.

Will try this... i wish blackberry would force their hand with carriers like Apple and push updates themselves
