    so my Battery drained completely and the phone switched off . now when i turn it on it takes a long time to load and hangs on 100%. this happened like 3 months ago bt back then the phone was empty so i reloaded the OS.

    Is there any other way to solve this without reloading the OS? any help is greatly appreciated
