I have to say I am constantly impressed with my Q10. After close to two years of typing on it, it is pretty much second nature to me. I think people who change phones too often do not get to fully take advantage of the keyboard since they never reach their full typing potential.

And now that the double typing issue has been taken care of with the latest update, I am very happy with the keyboard as well.

With the pocketable size, I can easily run and bike with the phone, as well as sit down with the phone comfortably with the phone in my jeans.

I also love the fact that it has a removable battery. I have already replaced the battery with a 4400mah battery to have the biggest battery of any BlackBerry 10 phone.

With the Micro SD expansion, I can have more space than $1000 Iphones.

I have a Passport SE now, but I agree with you. I had a perfect experience with the Q10. Excellent combination of efficiency, ergonomic design and communication.
The Passport is the access of a whole new experience, but the Q10 is a brilliant tool for simple tasks and a little more.

Q10 is my first BlackBerry device, coming from Android platform. I really like the whole design, the keyboard, and also the size. Will keep it for a long time, although I'm planning to buy Passport sometime next year if the price is much affodable.

You must try the Classic. Larger keys than Q10 and a trackpad that works like a champ.

BlackBerry Q10 is a superb little phone and meets my needs. However I have concerns that BlackBerry will abandon BB10 and move to android and where will it leave the Q10. I moved from android back to BlackBerry and it's great not to up date apps virtually every week. Apart from fewer apps this is a great compact communication tool.

I'm a long time Z10 user and still typing on a glass is a lazy maker. Last week I bought Q10 and really I love it. First time using physical keyboard again after my old 8900 before Z10, my thumb feel weak and hard to type. But after a couple of days, my thumb strength is back.

I primarily texting, BBM, WhatsApp, and email. I use my Q10 for that. Honestly I rarely reply email with Z10, but with Q10 replying email is a joy. Other than that I use my Z10 because of it's large screen.

Interesting. Was looking into updating and went over to a Telstra store (Australia) to check it out. Didn't find the "wow" factor in that. In the end of the day, I think I still really like the Q10 as my main phone. Emails and communications in general. Thinking about getting a back-up for this one soon and would have a bigger one for Internet only data. Passport would be ideal, but can't justify why buy a phone only for Internet. And yes, I got really confused with the trackpad. It worked beautifully on my previous Bold 9900, but couldn't figure out why the use on Classic, perhaps I need time.

Ridiculous battery life, support for 128Gb cards, HD replay directly from the device with a cable. What's not to like?

I'd love a Q10 with the same build materials as an SE (but with the existing sym key for numbers); making the keyboard capacitative in a simple way (scrolling, cursor movement in editing) and a boost in speed when switching tasks, searching would be welcome.

    But it's a great device.

I think the big thing for me is the form factor. It is comfortable in my pocket. I just wish there were more apps available.

I used to love the old bold and the scroll ball. And the bold on the extended battery could go a week without charge. I do miss that thou

Best BlackBerry devices owned - Q10 and 9790.
Both brilliant and small enough to be super convenient.

I had a Q10 stolen from me (and unfortunately never recovered) and now own the Classic. I could of gotten another, but, I was long due for an upgrade from T-Mobile as I had bought the original off Amazon unlocked and the last devices I got from them were Bolds and Curves. Got my new baby for less than $40 upfront with shipping.

While I love my new device (only had it a couple days after being without a phone for over a month), I do miss the feel of it and def agree the battery life was a tad better.

Getting the SIM card in/out was also kinda a pain in the ***.

The q10 is great as far as typing is concerned. Well sculpted keys, no lags and very compact plus a good battery life. Definately a good recommend for those willing to join blackberry.

Had mine a few years and still like the feel and the way it works. It is my second one but works great. I keep watching kijiji for BlackBerry phones to stockpile for future. Android has no appeal other then I could have one with a BlackBerry symbol on it. Other choice would be windows phone as maybe it will be happy with my computer.
