Hi,

I picked up my new Q10 couple of days ago but i've noticed that there's something weird happening with the sound output it is not so clear. I've tried turning the sound volume up and down and when I turn it all the way up it gets worst!

Could it be a hardware or a software problem?

Hardware problem, exchange it immediately.

Mine works absolutely fine. It's better than the sound of Z10 that I was using before

I have the same problem. I'll try to change loud speaker when it will be available for buying.

I took it back to the store, they said they'll check it and call me back tomorrow.

Hopefully they'll exchange it
