Hello Q10 users. I'm having trouble with my q10 running 10.3.3. This device I have bought a year ago and still good except battery problem, or software I think. Battery in 12hrs quickly goes from 100% to about 50% without any use. Previously the battery can last for nearly 2days. Please take a look at the screenshot below

I'd try replacing the battery..... I expect the last Q10 was manufactured in 2013 so if this is a stock battery its old, even if you have only used it for a year.

Was the phone new when you bought it?

Only thing that looks "different" is I don't remember the Android Player being in my top power users. Or even the Browsers.... But usage varies.

Did you reload without doing a "restore" of old data? I'd do that and then test before adding back any other apps....

Yeah I haven't done any data restore since the last time reload. No android apps on my phone but Android player still consume battery. I let the phone rest overnight with airplane and bedside mode, lost 20% next morning. System consume battery most, so I think there something wrong with software.

BatteryPal shows my Charging Cycle is 351. Dunno this is correct or not.

8 % of browser and Android Player (android apps) is "any use" ?
Have you installed and uninstalled (blackberry way) any Android app?

Phone has been reloaded/security wiped, so I'm sure that no android apps stay on my phone. I'm now using only native apps: SuperTube, iGrann, Soundhound, Hextris and BatteryPal. Browser using about 2hrs a day for FB and other stuff.
But why System consume so much battery even no use and airplane mode?

And current cpu usage (no apps open, wifi on)

This is good. CPU should be between 4 and 7% at idle. It means nothing is grinding away in the background.

But battery still going down very fast even at idle :'( Is this because of battery wear?

I'd recommend to check battery health. If it's below 60%, it's time to replace it. There are apps for that, for example, free Battery Charger or paid Battery Guru.
Also check the battery visually for any signs of bulging or other irregularity. One battery on my Q10 has bulged suddenly, probably after high temperature exposure.
I think one can find new batteries on Ebay for as low as USD 5.

BBVE will give you an idea of your battery health. Mine has recently gone from "green" to "yellow", and I have definitely noticed more sluggish performance lately (particularly with the Browser and messaging).
