    Just got a brand new Q10 that's gone completely dead,,,,,,,,,,,because it was a replacement. By an insurance company after the original one was stolen,,,,,,it seems there is no warranty, ,,,,,,can anyone advice me, ,,,,,,,,I have a sim free Q10 that after the software update Has packed in,,,,,,,,tried reloading Software off link but zilch,,,,,,battery pulls, ,,,reloading are doing nothing,,,,,,,,thanks for any advice!!

    Try with one of the leaks. They have their own Autoloader and don't use BB Link.

    tried everything and nothing worked,,,,,thankfully the ins. co. agreed to replace it,,,,well heres hopin its third time lucky,,,,,,thanks !
