turned on my q10 earlier to a black screen with a little phone and a computer on
connecting it up to link i had retry or reload...

reloaded and it got to 97% update before turning off then saying it wasn't connected and turns back on with the phone and little pc
on link saying retry or reload again

i have tried reloading about 5times now with the same outcome so

i dont know what to do now i am out of ideas

Have you tried an autoloader instead of link?

if i do the online update it gets to 97% then gets an error about not being connected to the internet :S
