I tried to use my AT&T NEXT upgrade to purchase a Q10. The no commitment price is $389.99 but the NEXT pricing is $584.99. This makes no sense to me.
No matter how badly I want one, there is NO way I buy one for that price at this point in the Q's life.

Do they not sell them off-contract with you maybe not identifying yourself as an AT&T customer?

Yeah, AT&T is ridiculous with that kind of pricing. I think the whole Next upgrade is BS as well. It sounds like a good idea, but just as you pointed out, they're actually jacking up the total price super high and charging $25-35 a month to make it look like it's a good deal. The AT&T stores in my area don't even carry the Q10 in-store. My contract is up for renewal at the end of the year, so I was unable to qualify for any upgrade discounts except, of course, the rip-off Next "upgrade." Because of this, I bought an unlocked Q10 from a different retailer.

They do, even to AT&T customers. I just found their pricing model a bit distasteful.

Amazon has Q10 from Verizon and ATT for $399. The pricing has been varying but more often than not it settles at $399. Also BlackBerry.com shows $499.

Buy it from Shop BlackBerry (unlocked to boot) and use it on AT&T's network. You'll get the added benefit of not having to wait for AT&T to push updates to your phone.

The Blackberry Q10 is EOL (end of life) at all ATT Company Owned Retail Stores.

Myself. Since I work there. The day it came off of our planogram I was like dang. Checked the pricing sheet and it said EOL.

Possibly other regions have different time frames with their devices. My sheet just says COR EOL so and so date on it. I don't recall the exact date.
