Q10 - potential buyer questions

Hi. So I am an ex BB user (9780) who has dabbled with Android for a while. I have a great Android tablet but miss a keyboard for typing on when out and about. I currently have a Nokia E72 but it is just a little too old and cronky!

So I have two requirements. I need to know if I can run Spotify and offline playlists work. I also need a decent sports tracker. Will I get both these things?

If so, I will get a cheap second hand one of eBay. If not I will stick with my E72 as it has both these apps working okay (just not both at the same time!!!!)

as for a sports tracker, whats sports do you follow?

I can't see any reference to Spotify working or offline playlists on the above link. It just shows a petition for a BB10 app which I know doesn't exist. So I guess my question should be more specific - can the Android Spotify App be downloaded from the Amazon App Store on the Q10 and offline playlists work or do I need to sideload it?

Also, for a sports tracker I meant something to log my running and cycling using GPS and a heart rate monitor - Endomondo or something similar. I am ideally looking for someone with experience of using these apps successfully specifically on a Q10, rather than someone who knows what a search bar does.

you know what, nevermind, you know about the search bar, use it.

There are so many sports trackers native to BB it's unreal.

I use Sportrate personally on my Q10 with no issues what so ever

Spotify works. Installed it from Snap, essentially from Google play.
