    I just set a password on my Q10 and although I entered it 100% correctly it says incorrect password.
    I have done this 10 times and it has now erased my entire phone data. Anyone else ever encounter this issue before?

    Sometimes when you type the "ALT" key is stuck on without you realizing it. Not sure how to reset the phone.

    I think that might have been the case, but my phone is still erasing it's been about 1 hour I don't know what to do now
